Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Centerville, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assists customers in the Golf Shop, collecting green fees and cart fees, selling and stocking golf supplies and merchandise.
• Builds and changes displays.
• Ensures merchandise is received and priced in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
• Supervises operation of the golf cart fleet, ensuring carts are available for customers.
• Assists the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional in operating tournaments and outings and in maintaining the handicap system.
• Assists in teaching, organizing golf programs, and golf clinics, and if qualified, provides golf lessons to.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Ohio driver’s license.
Experience in golf and golf instruction.
Knowledge of and experience in retail operations.
Interest in obtaining PGA certification.
Must have evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Preferred qualification: PGA Member or PGA Associate.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
