Outside Golf Operations Professional
Golf Club in Hallandale Beach, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Professional.

Position Overview:
At Shell Bay Club, we pride ourselves on offering a golf experience that is both refined
and memorable. As a Seasonal Player Service Member, you will be at the forefront
of delivering that experience. This position plays a vital role in the daily operations of
the golf facility and is often the first and last point of contact for members and their
guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless, service-driven experience
that reflects the elegance, hospitality, and exclusivity of Shell Bay.

This is more than just a support role—it’s an opportunity to become an integral part of
our golf service culture. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests with warmth and
professionalism, maintaining the appearance and functionality of golf carts and practice facilities, and anticipating the needs of players before they arise.

Requirements
● Current college students or recent graduates pursuing a career in golf
management, hospitality, sports business, or a related field are highly
encouraged to apply
● Prior experience in a private club, golf course, or high-end hospitality setting is
preferred but not required
● Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in golf operations,
instruction, or professional golf (PGA/PGM pathway candidates welcome)
● A basic understanding of the game of golf, its etiquette, and pace-of-play
principles is expected
● Must be comfortable working in a physically active, outdoor environment for
extended periods

Compensation
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
