Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Prospect Heights, Illinois is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Superintendent of Parks and Facilities, the Golf Course Superintendent is a hands-on position responsible for the maintenance, repair, development and construction of the grounds of the Rob Roy Golf Course and Woodland Trails Driving Range. This includes the supervision of maintenance staff, maintenance shop with vehicles and equipment adequate to perform golf course maintenance duties.

Requirements
• Degree in accredited school in agronomy, horticulture, soil science, turf grass mgmt. or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in golf course maintenance or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge and skill of grounds work
• Certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) within six (6) months of employment
• Working knowledge of computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and email

Compensation
$70,000 to $78,000 per year.
