Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Bedminster, New Jersey is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Golf Course Superintendent manages the daily operations, maintenance, and overall care of the club’s three golf courses and associated properties. Providing leadership across all golf course maintenance operations, this role ensures the highest standards of playability, aesthetics, safety, and environmental stewardship. The Superintendent works closely with the Director of Agronomy and the leadership team to execute the Golf Course Maintenance department’s vision and standards across multiple facilities.

Requirements
• Possess, or can obtain a New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a significant plus.
• Proven track record in golf course maintenance and operations, including at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Expertise in the management and maintenance of greens, fairways, and roughs to championship standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties and complex projects simultaneously.
• Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation systems, chemical/fertilizer applications, and environmental best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on crew management and professional development.
• Proficiency in the operation, safety standards, and maintenance of all specialized golf course equipment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with club leadership.

Compensation
$100,000 to $115,000 per year.
