Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Bedminster, New Jersey Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent supports the Superintendents and Director of Agronomy in the daily maintenance, preparation, and long-term conditioning of the club’s golf courses and associated properties. This role plays a key leadership position within the Golf Course Maintenance department, assisting with crew supervision, agronomic practices, project execution, and operational planning to ensure all facilities meet established performance and presentation standards.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess, or have the ability to obtain, a New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a significant plus.
• Experience in Golf Course Maintenance or Turf Management.
• Working knowledge of turfgrass practices, irrigation systems, and chemical and fertilizer applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-course operation.
• Desire for professional growth within the golf course management field.

Compensation
$31 to $33 per hour.
