Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional member service, supporting daily golf operations, and contributing to a dynamic and high-performing golf program. This professional will play an integral role in equipment retail, junior instruction, member engagement and working torward PGA Class A status.

This is an exceptional opportunity for the right professional (male or female) to join an already high performing team all of which will support their development professionally.

Requirements
• Currently enrolled as a PGA Associate Level 1 or greater
• Aspiring to become a PGA Class A Member
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a private club or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, instruction techniques, and course management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with golf management software, POS systems, and instructional technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf carts and related equipment.
