1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Waynesville, North Carolina is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The First Assistant Golf Professional is an integral leader within the golf operation, working closely with the Head Golf Professional/Director of Golf to deliver an exceptional member experience. This position has a strong emphasis on member relations, tournament administration, daily golf operations, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate is service-driven, highly organized, and motivated to grow within a private club environment.

Requirements
• PGA Member or Associate in good standing prefered
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for member service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Teaching experience or interest in growing a player development program
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with golf shop POS systems, tee sheet management, and handicap software preferred

Compensation
$60,000.00 per year.
