Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional plays a key role in the daily operation of the golf department, supporting tournament operations, player development initiatives, merchandising, and overall member engagement. The ideal candidate is a PGA Associate who has completed Level I of the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program, is well-versed in modern golf technology and programming, and is committed to long-term professional growth.

Requirements
• PGA Associate in good standing with the PGA of America
• Completion of Level I of the PGA PGM Program required
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Operation 36
• Golf Genius
• Golf shop merchandising and retail operations
• Prior experience in a private club or high-level golf facility preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation
$55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
