1st Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Whittier, California is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The 1 st Assistant Golf Professional is instrumental in assisting with the planning and implementation of daily golf operations, golf events, merchandising and golf instruction programs. The 1 st Assistant Golf Professional will assist with overseeing the Member Services staff and is responsible for ensuring that all Members and guests receive outstanding service.

Requirements
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in the golf industry.
• Enrolled in the PGA Associates Program and actively pursuing PGA Membership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, tee time reservation systems and golf tournament software.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
