Head Golf Professional
Country Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing all golf operations at Country Club, working closely with the General Manager to help create a culture of family, professionalism, and a true golf spirit that the staff and members are proud of. The Head Golf Professional is expected to provide and create a exceptional level of service, innovative programs, and maintain high member satisfaction.

Requirements
• PGA Member in Good Standing
• 2 years’ experience as a lead assistant
• Head Golf Professional experience is a plus
• Outstanding leadership, management, and delegation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at a given time.
• Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits.
• Proficient in operating Golf Genius event management platform; club-based POS/accounting/member billing systems (Northstar); as well as other applications, i.e. email, internet, database, office, etc.

Compensation
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
