Country Club in Marlboro, New Jersey is looking for a Head Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
• PGA or LPGA Professional, Head Pro, Teaching background with a proven track record of student improvement
• Tournament/operations experience (GHIN, scoring systems, event planning)
• Strong interpersonal skills and member-facing experience
• Business and retail Knowledge Of Shop Operations & purchasing
• Technology skills Jonas Operating POS systems)
Requirements
• Member services and customer experience
• Instruction (private lessons, clinics, junior programs)
• Golf shop operations and merchandising
• Tournament operations and league management
• Staff supervision and scheduling
• Club rules and pace-of-play management
Compensation
$79,200.00 per year.
