2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Rochester, New York is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
As a 2nd Assistant at Oak Hill, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills on both, USGA bentgrass greens, East, and push-up bent/poa greens on the West Course. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of golf course management, with a focus on hand watering and water management to enhance playability and plant health, as well as pesticide and fertilizer applications, proper calibration, and crew management. This role will help you build the necessary skill set to advance in your career. Country Club strongly emphasizes promoting from within, with many assistants moving into superintendent roles.

Requirements
• 2 or 4 year degree, or certificate in turf management, or related field at an accredited university.
• Individuals must have 1-2 years golf course maintenance experience. Preferred experience with hand watering, chemical and fertilizer applications and calibration.

Compensation
$65,000 per year.
