2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Luling, Texas is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Golf Club is looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individuals with a goal of advancing in the turf industry. Individuals will work closely with the Course 1 and Course 2 Superintendent’s and Senior Assistant’s in developing their skill set in an array of management tasks necessary to provide the expected championship conditions at Luling.
The position will provide opportunities to lead small crews, projects, and motivate staff to complete an assortment of jobs. Individuals will have the option for tournament volunteer experience to help diversify their professional network and skill sets.
Requirements
• Current enrollment in either a 2 or 4 year Turfgrass management, certificate program, or related field
• Previous golf course experience preferred but not necessary
Compensation
$70,000 per year.
