Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Floral Park, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The grounds department is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, detailed oriented individual to help lead the grounds maintenance team. He or she must have the ability to perform physical labor without restrictions. The goal of the position requires the individual to learn and gain responsibility as a team leader.

The grounds maintenance department takes pride in producing great conditions for our members while balancing work hours and days off.

Requirements
• Minimum two seasons working on a golf course
• Must be able to supervise work effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a good sense of urgency.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and members.

Compensation
$85,000 to $90,000 per year.
