Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
You will be working directly with the Superintendent to:
• Ensure quality control of all course maintenance.
• Train all employees to operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare short-term and long-term agronomic strategies for golf course maintenance.
• Perform fertility and moisture management practices.
• Perform aerification and cultural practices.
• Communicate daily with Pro Shop staff on course setup and special operations.
• Monitor and track budget usage, rainfall, green speed/firmness, pesticide/fertilizer inventories, and more.

Requirements:
A certificate or at least a 2 year college degree preferred.
Basic computer skills – Word and Excel.
1–3 years turf grass management experience.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $80,000 per year.
