1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Twin Bridges, Montana is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Obtain and maintain Montana pesticide license.
• Execute spraying and chemical applications.
• Conduct full Toro Lynx and Infinity system audit and troubleshooting.
• Assist with grow-in procedures and early-stage playability standards.
• Support the Superintendent in day-to-day golf and grounds operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise the turf team.
• Maintain and improve fine fescue turf quality through sound agronomic practices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain a modern irrigation system.
• Help manage the ranch property beyond the golf course (e.g., cattle, arena, tree and range cleanup).
• Demonstrate consistent attention to detail and initiative across all property areas.
• Participate in long-term planning and improvement of course and infrastructure.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management or related field (preferred, not required).
4–7 years of progressive turf experience, ideally in fine fescue or minimalist settings.

Compensation:
$75,000 – $85,000 per year.
