Outside Golf Services Manager
Golf course in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking for an Outside Golf Services Manager.

Position Overview:
Leads all aspects of outside golf operations and manages a team of 15–25 seasonal staff. This role plays a vital part in delivering a premier member and guest experience from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will join a team committed to continuous improvement and operational cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule outside service staff.
• Oversee the following.
• Bag handling and storage.
• Driving range/practice facilities operations.
• Golf cart fleet management (staging, cleaning, maintenance).
• Bag room organization and club cleaning.
• Valet and curbside services during peak periods.
• Demonstrate pride in team leadership by fostering accountability and developing sustainable, high-performing operational systems.
• Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced seasonal setting.
• Collaborate with the head golf professional to manage the arrival/departure experience.
• Foster professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork daily.

Requirements:
Golf operations or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented with high service standards.
Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays, as this role requires consistent presence during peak golf operations throughout the season.
