Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Spotsylvania, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position serves a vital role in the operation of the club. They are heavily involved in all areas of the Golf Operations including member service, tournament operations, player development and merchandising. This person reports directly to the Head Golf Professional and will assist in oversight of our entire golf program while working alongside our other assistant golf professionals.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Executing tournament operations while utilizing Golf Genius to assist in running weekly club events and outside outings.
• Helping orchestrate player development programs for club members.
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service daily to all members and guests.
• Willingly playing with members recreationally and in Pro-Am events.
• Assisting the Head Golf Professional with leading and mentoring a team that includes assistant professionals, golf shop attendants and outside service team.

Requirements:
Two years of golf club experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Golf Genius.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
