1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Las Cruces, New Mexico is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the golf shop and outside services.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of club events, leagues, and member programming.
• Deliver private and group instruction for players across all ages and abilities.
• Play an active role in junior golf development, including camps and school-affiliated programs.
• Foster a professional, friendly, and service-oriented atmosphere for members and guests.
• Assist with the training, supervision, and support of golf shop and outside services staff.

Requirements:
Background in golf operations or private club environment preferred.
Strong desire to teach and grow as a golf instructor is essential.
Experience with junior golfers, clinics, and player development encouraged.
Customer service and tournament operations experience a plus.
PGA Associate or higher preferred.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 per year.
