Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Boise, Idaho is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Facility and operational management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at Pierce Park Greens, including staff supervision, golf shop management, scheduling, and customer experience.
• Ensure the facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, maintaining a welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Manage facility usage, leagues, merchandising/inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Program delivery and instruction.
• Help lead delivery of First Tee – Idaho programming at Pierce Park Greens and satellite sites, aligning with national curriculum standards.
• Provide group and private golf instruction to youth and adults, including year-round clinics, camps, and First Tee classes.
• Serve as a positive role model, emphasizing First Tee’s key commitments both on and off the course.
• Leadership and administration.
• Support the executive director in long-term planning, budgeting, and staff development.
• Assist in managing seasonal employees.
• Participate in board meetings, strategic planning, and stakeholder communications as needed.
• Fundraising and events.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising tournaments, donor appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors through presence at events and clear communication of First Tee’s mission and impact.

Requirements:
PGA or LPGA Membership (preferred), or working toward certification.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and operations.
Proven ability to teach golf to both youth and adults; First Tee coaching experience a plus.
Excellent communication, public speaking, organization, and customer service skills.
Creative mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to growing programs and revenue.
Passion for youth development and community engagement.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
Experience with Salesforce, Bloomerang, and Lightspeed POS System.
Ability to thrive in a small, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
