Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Tullahoma, Tennessee is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for all facets of the club’s golf operations, including member service, tournament programming, merchandising, staff development, and player development. This individual will report to the board of directors and work closely with the Golf Committee and other club leadership to continually improve the golf experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the golf professional shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and retail performance.
• Plan and execute a comprehensive tournament and event calendar that provides exceptional experiences for golfers of all skill levels.
• Develop and oversee instructional programs for all demographics, with particular emphasis on junior and women’s golf.
• Collaborate with club committees and the Board of Directors in a constructive and transparent manner; must be open to feedback and supportive of a committee-driven culture.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and member engagement.
• Serve as a highly visible leader who is accessible to members and committed to exceptional communication and service.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing golf operations team.
• Oversee and maximize the use of Golf Genius for tournament management, communications, and scoring.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Golf Professional or strong first assistant at a private or semi-private facility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in retail operations, tournament management, and member engagement.
Deep familiarity with Golf Genius software.
Strong interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.
A collaborative approach to leadership with a genuine enthusiasm for working with committees and volunteers.
A passion for growing the game, especially through junior and women’s programs.

Compensation:
$100,000.00 per year.
