Outside Golf Services Attendant
Golf course in Atlanta, Georgia is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Assists everyone associated with the Outside Golf Operation as well as the Professional Staff in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction. This position is designed to provide the necessary exposure, experience, and preparation for this individual to pursue future growth and development within the golf industry. It also includes the ability to caddy outside normal work hours to earn additional income if desired. Assist and will be involved in every aspect of the daily golf operation. This position will report to the Director of Golf and will work closely with the rest of the team to enure the highest levels of member service, experience, and satisfaction.

Golf Operations & Leadership:
• Assists in developing a culture of exceptional member & guest service with a team atmosphere.
• Assists in enforcing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and professional operations.
• Attends regular staff meetings to train and communicate key objectives to help with successful operational functions.

Guest Experience & Member Engagement:
• Continually elevate service standards to exceed member and guest expectations.
• Engage with members and guests to foster strong relationships and promote club activities.
• Assists in the promoting club events, leagues, and tournaments to enhance participation.

Facility & Equipment Management:
• Assist Members and Guests throughout their golf experience by loading and unloading bags, cleaning clubs before and after play, preparing golfers for their rounds, and delivering clubs to vehicles as needed.
• Ensure all Member and Guest needs are met by answering questions and offering guidance on proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Club events, course conditions, and available amenities to provide timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate with fellow golf operations staff including range attendants, cart attendants, and marshals/starters to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
• Interact professionally at all times, responding to changes and last-minute requests with a positive and solution-focused approach.
• Assist in overseeing the club rental program by maintaining inventory, ensuring proper cleaning, and coordinating routine equipment maintenance.
• Support the management of the driving range and practice areas, including ball inventory, equipment upkeep, and supervision of staff responsibilities.
• Ensure course rules, policies, and procedures are clearly communicated to Members and Guests and consistently upheld throughout the facility.
• Wash, detail, and perform routine maintenance on golf carts to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for use.

Requirements:
Prior experience at a high-end, private facility is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
