Golf Cart Attendant
Golf course in Snowshoe, West Virginia is looking for a Golf Cart Attendant.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Maintain the standards.
• Thoroughly wash golf cars after each use.
• Keep practice facility clean from practice balls and dispense clean practice balls.
• Park carts accordingly.
• Ensure guest service.
• Welcome guests and inform them of who they will come into contact with next.
• Clean clubs before and after round, then store or load clubs in car.
• Be proactive in meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Respond decisively to resolve challenges and accept responsibility for personal decisions and actions.
• Be available to work required shifts based on golf reservation demands, with exceptions only granted by supervisory personnel.
• Ensure team play.
• Participate in spontaneous recognition of fellow team members.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Golf policies and procedures.
• Strive to be the best.
• Maintain effective communication between all staff regarding course operations and human resource matters.
• Communicate the core values and mission of Intrawest.
• Suggest improvements to existing procedures through appropriate Alterra channels.
• Effectively communicate pertinent information with team members and supervisory staff about daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Pick up and dump trash, restock and clean restrooms, and vacuum clubhouse.
• Contribute to team effort.
• Accomplish related results as needed.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and free from trash at all times.
• Pick up branches and trash at the driving range and golf course, including trash receptacles.
• Fill divots with sand seed mix and drag fairways throughout the course.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED,.

Preferred Experience:
2 year experience in similar customer service environment.

Compensation:
$8.75 per hour.
