Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Destin, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Coordinating with the superintendent and other assistant in the planning, scheduling and implementation of maintenance practices and projects.
• Training and supervising employees and being accountable for the finished results of work.
• Maintain awareness and communication of changing course conditions and maintenance needs with the superintendent.
• Carrying out the IPM and plant fertility programs.
• Monitor irrigation needs, coordinating with the superintendent for scheduling and system maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements:
BS or AS in plant and soil science, agronomy, horticulture or related programs.
Minimum 1 year cumulative experience at or above turfgrass intern.
Must have or obtain FL commercial applicators license within 6 months of hiring.

Compensation:
$52,000 – $56,000 per year.
