Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Play a key role in supporting the grow-in and ongoing maintenance of the property. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a facility from the ground up and contribute to building a championship-caliber product.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily golf course operations and agronomic programs.
• Supervise and train staff to uphold Bluejack’s standards of excellence.
• Work closely with the superintendent on the grow-in of all golf features.
• Monitor and manage irrigation and fertility programs.
• Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
• Ensure a safe and productive working environment.

Requirements:
A 2- or 4-year degree or turfgrass management certificate.
Texas pesticide license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Experience Requirements:
Prior experience at a high-end private club or resort facility.
Experience as a second assistant or assistant-in-training (AIT).
A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Special Requirements:
Strong work ethic.
Must be a high-character individual.
Effective communication skills.

Compensation:
$60,000 per year.
