Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Golf Course in Medina, Washington is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
This hands-on role focuses on all aspects of course maintenance, with an emphasis on irrigation system troubleshooting, repair, and optimization. You’ll work closely with our experienced management team, gain exposure to high-level course operations, and receive mentorship and training that support your progression toward an Assistant Superintendent role—and ultimately, Golf Course Superintendent.

Requirements:
Ideal:
Has experience with irrigation systems (golf course or landscape).
Is dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about turf management.
Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a collaborative team.
Is seeking long-term growth and development in the golf industry.

Compensation:
$25 – $30 per hour.
