Golf Coach
Golf training facility in Tumwater, Washington is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
As a coach, you will work in an innovative indoor golf facility with state-of-the-art simulators to provide expert instruction to golfers of all skill levels.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, personalized coaching to individuals and groups.
• Develop and implement lesson plans to enhance the skills of players.
• Utilize golf simulators and technology to analyze and improve performance.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Maintain professional conduct and build strong relationships with clients.
• Stay current with golf techniques, trends, and teaching methods.

Requirements:
PGA or LPGA Professional certification preferred.
Non-PGA applicants with equivalent coaching experience will be considered.
Previous experience working with golf simulators is highly desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and helping others improve their golf game.
Ability to motivate and encourage golfers of all experience levels.

Compensation:
$40.00 – $77.00 per hour.
