Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in New Albany, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Working closely with the Director of Grounds, Superintendent, and fellow Assistants, you will contribute to high-level golf course maintenance and gain hands-on experience to prepare for a successful career in turf management.

Key responsibilities include:
• Plant health applications and record-keeping.
• Irrigation system maintenance.
• In-house project execution.
• Staff training and leadership.

Requirements:
2- or 4-year degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
2-3 years of golf course maintenance experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high personal standards.
Ability to lead by example and uphold the club’s culture and vision.
Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:
$45,000 per year.
