Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in St. Charles, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Working closely with the Superintendent, you will contribute to high-level golf course maintenance and gain hands-on experience to prepare for a successful career in turf management.

Key responsibilities include:
• Plant health applications and record-keeping.
• Irrigation system maintenance.
• In-house project execution.
• Staff training and leadership.
• In the absence of the Superintendent, the position shall act in their capacity and oversee all related operations.

Requirements:
2-year certificate or 4-year degree.
2-3 years experience as an Assistant Superintendent that is looking to move up and have the ability to manage all operations of the golf course.
The ability to obtain an Illinois Pesticide Applicators License within 60 days of hire.
Have the willingness to work with others and have a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high personal standards.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year.
