2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Jackson, New Jersey is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about turf management and aspires to grow into a superintendent role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents to uphold the club’s legacy of excellence while maintaining championship-level playing conditions.

Requirements:
2 or 4-year degree/certificate in turf management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years working on a golf course, with at least two seasons of internship experience at a high-profile club preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solid work ethic.
Working knowledge of golf course maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and turfgrass health management.
Ability to effectively schedule, train, and lead a maintenance crew.
New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain upon hiring).
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year.
