Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Syracuse, Utah is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
A key part of providing a service that stands out as one of the friendliest places to visit. He/She will oversee other staff members to ensure the expectations for superior service are realized.

Duties:
• Oversee daily operations, and player check-in.
• Oversee other staff members to ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily, and timely.
• Manage the daily handling of cash transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure the facility is clean, and presented the best way possible all through the day.
• Manage the tee sheet to ensure players are teeing off when scheduled, and play is maintaining an acceptable pace.
• Communicate with other departments (Maintenance, Outside Staff, Food and Beverage) to make sure operations are in sync.
• Have a good understanding of our merchandise to help retail sales.
• Foster relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct golf lessons, and participate in junior clinics.
• Facilitate golf leagues, and input accurate data on a timely manner.
• Assist the Director of Golf with planning, programs, and other tasks assigned.

Requirements:
Some experience in the golf industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a High School Diploma.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
