Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while assisting with their golfing needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Answering the telephone to help with member’s requests and reservations.
• Greeting members and their guests upon arrival at the club.
• Helping to maintain a professional and organized appearance in the Golf Shop.
• Assisting keeping the Golf Shop clean and orderly.
• Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing golfers for play ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered. Assist by giving suggestions on proper golf course etiquette.
• Assist golfers after their rounds by cleaning clubs, delivering them to their cars as needed and checking in the golf carts.
• Assist and coordinate services with other golf operations staff such as range attendants, cart attendants, marshals/starters, etc. to ensure seamless and efficient service to members/guests takes place.
• Must be able to interact with members/guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell products effectively.
Customer service experience.
Basic Golf knowledge and etiquette.
Ability to navigate a computer with ease.
Extremely positive and outgoing personality.
Ability to work with others and clearly communicate.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Strong judgment skills and the ability to prioritize many requests.
Possess and demonstrate the ability to interact with members effectively with tact and diplomacy.
You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.

Compensation:
$10.75 – $20.00 per hour.
