Outside Golf Services Coordinator
Golf Course in Aiken, South Carolina is looking for an Outside Golf Services Coordinator.

Position Overview:
Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the outdoor services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to course coolers, golf cart logistics, customer service, and maintaining a top-tier guest experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage 4-5 employees and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Outside responsibilities:
o Ensure that coolers on the golf course are fully stocked with beverages and ice before each day of play.
o Monitor cooler inventory throughout the day and maintain adequate supplies to meet the needs of golfers throughout the day.
o Regularly inspect coolers for cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
o Fill sand bottles and take care of push carts.
o Help out in other departments if needed.
• Driving range:
o Set the driving range.
o Pick the driving range/clean golf balls.
o Clean up and take down the range area.
• Customer service:
o Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all golfers on the course, including greeting them and offering assistance as needed.
o Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Team coordination:
o Establish a staff of 4–5 employees.
o Supervise and coordinate outside service staff to ensure they are performing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
o Assist in scheduling and assigning duties to team members, ensuring all shifts are covered and services are available throughout the day.
o Provide training and guidance to new staff on service expectations and safety protocols.
o Maintain communication with the golf shop to ensure proper coordination of tee times and other operational needs.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or outdoor services role, preferably within a golf course.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of customers in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A passion for golf and outdoor environments is highly desirable.
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds (cooler supplies, equipment, etc.) and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during a typical workday.

Compensation:
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour.
