Outside Golf Operations Shift Leader
Golf course in Rocky River, Ohio is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Shift Leader.

Position Overview:
To help enhance the experience, we’re looking for a shift leader to help manage our outside golf operation at the club. This role typically will be the first person that a member or guest sees when arriving at the club, and they have the opportunity to create a warm welcome. Primary duties include the oversight of the first tee area, cart presentation and staging, as well as the driving range and short game areas.

Duties:
• Greet members and guests as they arrive at the club.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Flexibility to be able to work in the mornings and/or evenings.
• Ensure all carts are clean and staged appropriately before they go out for a round.
• Ensure accountability and a clear understanding of expectations for other bag room employees working during their shift.
• Consistent accuracy with daily tee sheets for correct billing purposes.

Requirements:
A welcoming and enthusiastic team player that focuses on achieving high levels of customer service.
Great organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Compensation:
$14.00 – $16.00 per hour.
