Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Grove City, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
As part of our management team, you will work closely with the Head Golf Course Superintendent and other Assistant Superintendents to oversee the day-to-day operations of the golf course. Your responsibilities will include co-managing a dedicated staff of 25 employees, handling fertilizer and pesticide applications, managing irrigation systems to ensure optimal course conditions, and overseeing various daily operations on the course. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for golf course management and a keen eye for maintaining high standards of course presentation. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our golf club and ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Requirements:
Minimum two-year certificate.
Previous experience in golf course maintenance.
Knowledge of fertilizer and pesticide applications.
Experience managing irrigation systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
