Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf Course in Sandy, Utah is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
This individual will oversee on-course operations, ensure a smooth pace of play, and provide top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of club hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence on the golf course and club facilities.
• Monitor and maintain an efficient pace of play to ensure a positive experience for all golfers.
• Assist with tee time coordination, member interactions, and course logistics.
• Offer guidance and support to members and guests to enhance their golf experience.
• Enforce club policies and ensure adherence to course etiquette.
• Provide assistance with cart management, bag handling, and practice facility organization.
• Communicate effectively with the golf professional staff to relay course conditions and player feedback.
• Assist in special events, tournaments, and member functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

Requirements:
Prior experience in golf course operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and club policies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting and walking for extended periods.
