Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Naples, Florida is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Candidate must be comfortable engaging and building rapport with members and prospective members. Also, have a demostrated capability to manage leagues and tournaments, basic understanding of simulator technology and how it can help members build their golf skills, manage social media and other business development activities for the location.

• Selling memberships with simulator demos, managing social media presence and developing partnerships with local golf affiliated businesses. Additionally, member relationship management, support for simulators, meeting prospective members for demos, managing tournaments & leagues, and hosting charity and private events.
• Part time to Full time role with flexible hours, 20-40 hours per week.
• The initial two months prior to opening will be focused on establishing and building mutually beneficial partnerships with local golf-related businesses. This will include sharing social media opportunities and providing demos for their customers and members. Additionally, the role will be focused on building out social media presence, including content creation and leveraging national franchisor provided content.
• To support the business opening, the role will be responsible for planning and executing several pre-opening events with golf partners, friends & family, local charities, local golf teams, etc. Additionally, the role will plan and execute the Grand opening event that will include giveaways, pre-booked demos, selling memberships, etc.
• Post opening the role will transition to primarily focusing on selling individual and corporate memberships, while ensuring membership engagement and retention, maintaining social media and local golf partnership activities.

Compensation:
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
