Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Wamego, Kansas is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
• Elevate the Golf Experience: Lead all golf operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with management to ensure a superior golf experience for all members and guests.
• Lead and Innovate: Organize and execute 12 WCC-sponsored tournaments and host 12 outside tournaments annually. Cultivate engaging leagues and youth programs that are fresh and inviting.
• Foster Youth Development: Our youth programs are thriving, with recent high school state championships and a successful junior golf academy attracting over 130 young golfers. Through partnerships with the Wamego Area Youth Golf Foundation and Korbin’s Clubs, you’ll inspire the next generation of golfers, ensuring all youth can access the game.
• Community and Membership Engagement: Manage a thriving community of 360+ members, organizing leagues and social happenings that enhance both golfing and community spirit.
• Residency Requirement: Become part of the community by establishing full-time residency within 25 miles of the club within the first year of employment.
• Pro Shop Partnership: While currently contracted with Golf USA of Manhattan, future opportunities to earn a percentage from pro shop operations await the right candidate.

Requirements:
Class A PGA Professional or Associate in good standing preferred.
Proven experience in private club environments with a focus on member satisfaction.
3 to 5 years as a PGA Professional preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with golf management software, including tee time systems, POS, and event management software.

Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Passion for golf and delivering an exceptional golfing experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
