Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Golf Course in South Hamilton, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Candidates will work closely with our management team, gaining proficiency in daily course preparation, agronomic practices, irrigation repair and maintenance, chemical/fertilizer calibration and application, record keeping, and water management.

Responsibilities include:
• Spraying fairways, greens and tees.
• Water management/Hand watering.
• Fertilizer applications/calibrations.
• Managing small crews.
• Aerification.
• Small projects.
• Course set-up.
• Walk and mow greens.
• Walk mow tees and collars.

Requirements:
Enrolled in or graduated from a Turf Management program or closely related field.
Knowledge of the game of golf.
We are ready to train anyone looking to expand their knowledge of the turf industry.
Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$22 per hour.
Overtime, housing on-site year-round, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, year-end bonus, uniforms, meals, and golfing privileges.
