Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Bolton, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Assistant Superintendent or an aspiring turf professional to gain hands-on experience in high-end golf maintenance. Working closely with the Superintendent, the successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on two distinct types of golf courses on the same property, providing valuable experience that will prepare any turf professional to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train crew members to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality of work.
• Participate in course setup, maintenance, and special projects.
• Assist in chemical and fertilizer applications, calibration, record keeping and planning.
• Support irrigation management and water conservation efforts.
• Learn and implement our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
• Observe and contribute to budget planning and resource management.
• Have MA pesticide license or obtain in first 90 days.

Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year.
