Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Louisville, Kentucky is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist both the Director of Golf and the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation including management of staff and development of strategic golf operation plans. While working in a team atmosphere, each professional is empowered to grow by taking charge and running an individual area of the operation under the supervision of the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to jump in and do whatever is needed to provide the best member and guest experience possible. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with both members and staff. Attention to detail is critical in this position and all duties shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of members and guests.

Responsibilities for this position include:
• Managing and growing member events.
• Managing 1 major event monthly, weekly toss-ups, couples, ladies, instructional, and junior events.
• Assisting in managing daily play and completion of daily billing.
• Assisting with all opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting in managing junior golf and instructional programs.
• Assisting with management and training of outside service staff.
• Assisting in management of merchandise and inventory control.
• Conducting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a professional image at all times.

Requirements:
It is imperative that a successful candidate have significant experience with Golf Genius Tournament Management.
