Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Batavia, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily golf shop operations, including sales, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist in tournament organization and member events.
• Support the Head Professional in managing tee times, pace of play, and course etiquette.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for all golfers.
• Assist in managing practice facilities and ensuring they are in top condition.
• Train, manage, and maintain a full outside service team of about 20 staff members.
• Stay current with PGA education and training requirements.

Requirements:
PGA Associate or PGA Member in good standing.
Strong knowledge of the game of golf, including rules, etiquette, and equipment.
Previous experience in golf operations, retail, or instruction preferred.
Good working knowledge of Golf Genius, GHIN, MS Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, to include closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must be professional in appearance and conduct.

Compensation:
$42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
