Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Hartford, Connecticut is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Should be able to provide highly efficient and superior customer service while maintaining meticulous records associated with rounds played and revenue. The right candidate will possess a personable and professional demeanor in order to engage all customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale system (ForeUp) to ensure proper tracking and reconciliation of daily play.
• Clearly and accurately communicates with the public regarding fees, policies, rules and general information.
• Effectively manage various types of tournaments and leagues from start to finish, including participation in planning meetings.
• Coordinate individual and group instructional activities.
• Provide knowledgeable golf instruction to players of all skill levels.
• Manage the daily opening and closing of the golf operation as needed.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

Requirements:
Ability to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Organizational skills to handle multiple duties with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Create and maintain a positive and customer-friendly environment that encourages the lifelong sport of golf.
Operate modern office equipment, software and operating systems/applications including Golf Genius and ForeUp.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work.

Compensation:
$25.48 per hour.
