Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Park City, Utah is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Ensuring the playability of the course at the high standards set for a high-end course.
• Conducting the morning job assignments and meetings.
• Execute the daily and weekly schedules for the crew.
• Work as a team with the golf professionals creating great synergy for tournaments, daily play, and general course conditions.
• Assist with safety programs, training, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the budgeting process and financial evaluations.
• Conduct and oversee fertilizer and chemical applications.
• Managing the irrigation and water conservation initiatives.
• Must have a working knowledge of mower operations, utility carts, tractor, spreaders, and small equipment.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Manager to repair, clean, paint, and refurbish equipment.
• Winter work consists of snow removal and equipment maintenance projects.

Requirements:
2 or 4-year degree in turfgrass management.
5 plus years in operations and supervision.
Spanish speaking a plus.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 per year.
