2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Florham Park, New Jersey is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of all golf course maintenance operations.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and First Assistant Superintendent to ensure the highest standards of turf care and course conditioning.
• Supervise and train grounds staff, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
• Monitor and assist in manageing irrigation systems and schedule.
• Implement and follow a comprehensive fertilization and pest management program.
• Contribute to the overall aesthetic and environmental excellence of the course.

Requirements:
Degree or Certificate in Turf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of golf course maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of agronomic practices and turfgrass management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Compensation:
$58,000 to\\- $68,000 per year.
