Golf Course in Florham Park, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily golf course maintenance and operations, ensuring high standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and team to learn and execute agronomic practices.
• Gain practical experience in irrigation management, turf care, and equipment operation.
• Support the team in maintaining the aesthetic and playability of the course.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Passion for golf course management and a desire to learn.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of turfgrass management is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to engage in hands-on work and tackle new challenges.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:
$18 – $22 per hour.
