1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in New City, New York is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This professional will work with the other staff members to deliver first-rate experience to the members and guests. This person will be expected to learn and grow within the Metropolitan section, this includes attending educational events and playing in golf tournaments. The head golf professional will mentor them to help develop the skills needed to advance toward their goals within the golf business.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Dates are flexible – April 1 – November 15th.
• Golf shop hours to include opening and closing shifts.
• Tournament responsibilities will alternate between lead and supporting roles.
• Lead and restructure the Junior Golf program.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management.
• Provide individual lessons/club fittings.
• Assist the Head Professional in managing the staff and meeting our golf operational goals.

Requirements:
PGA Level 3 and above prefered.

Compensation:
$1,300.00 – $1,500.00 per week.
