2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Lawrence, New York is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to golf course maintenance, pesticide and fertilizer application, course setup, irrigation operation and repair, recordkeeping, crew supervision, crew setup, project management, snow removal, tennis court maintenance.

Requirements:
Helpful to have a 2- or 4-year degree in turf management, but not required.
Preferred minimum of 2 years golf course work experience.
Must be an individual that is highly motivated, strong leadership skills, strong communication skills, and Spanish speaking is a plus.
Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $85,000 per year.
Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Health insurance after 90 days, 401K after a year of employment.
Meals, uniforms, playing privileges, vacation, and sick days.
Local/National dues paid, including seminars and continued education.
Year-end bonus.
