Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Bluffton, South Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent, the position will play a key role in maintaining the overall quality and playability of the course. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for golf course management.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance.
Strong knowledge of golf course maintenance practices, turfgrass species, and irrigation systems.
Experience in supervising and training staff effectively.
Ability to operate and maintain golf course equipment and machinery.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
GCSAA member preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 per year.
