Assistant Director of Golf
Golf company in Louisville, Kentucky is looking for an Assistant Director of Golf.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Golf in management and training of morning and afternoon golf staff.
• Provide above-and-beyond service to guests with a friendly face.
• Present to open the location in the mornings and facilitate golf operations.
• Proficiency in golf simulator technology; oversee all aspects of simulator upkeep and maintenance.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests.
• Maintain and organize golf bag storage and all golf equipment, including demo clubs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines and work alongside the Director of Golf to hit quarterly sales targets.
• Display attention to detail by actively checking in with gGuests throughout their booking.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings; ability to deliver premium food and beverage service, including taking orders and timely delivering items.
• Take pride and ownership of each guest’s enjoyment and fun.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
